They are limited to their protocol and nothing else. Anything outside the box will get them sued unfortunately. The system is broken in its approach to human beings. Keep your head up. Manny was blessed to have two parents who will go the distance with him.
Earl CampbellEarl Campbellnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6865733752789195615.post-79817958395145540622013-01-24T10:37:04.437-05:002013-01-24T10:37:04.437-05:00We may not post all the time, but there are a lot ...We may not post all the time, but there are a lot of us out here who read, and pray, and rejoice when things are going well and hurt with you when Manny is extra sick. I have felt jealous as I watch my child cry in pain with NO relief ever. I just wrote to her doctor at the pain clinic and told him she is 18yo and she's been sick forever and she's in pain day and night. Honestly, she has lost hope. And there is not magic pill (trust me, we've tried them all). Every doctor we see knows less than the one before. No one knows what will happen or really what to do. I"m in charge and sometimes I"m mad about that. Love to you and Manny.
sherrihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01772144681154119577noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6865733752789195615.post-63970895771430562282013-01-23T17:43:46.914-05:002013-01-23T17:43:46.914-05:00I can only add that we are so thankful for the oth...I can only add that we are so thankful for the other parents who are our life lines and medical experts. Praying today that you and Manny feel the embrace today, and every day, of God in the flesh, of our God who knows deep pain and sorrow, of the God who daily forgives our failings and who smiles when our decisions are his own. Thanks you, Beth, for your love of Manny, a love that reflects God's own love for this sad, broken world--love that is redeeming.

Shalom,
Carolyn (in Las Vegas)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
